About Brookholme Croft
Opened in 1996, we provide a wide range of round-the-clock care to suit different needs, delivered by a dedicated team of qualified nurses and carers. Our strong ethos of person-led care means that we work closely with you to tailor the care we provide to your loved one’s exact needs.
We have 46 bedrooms (some with en-suite facilities) set in landscaped gardens and situated in an accessible location near Eastwood Park and Hasland Village shops.
The home’s spacious lounges and dining rooms have unrestricted access as do the residents’ own rooms. All meals are nutritional and home cooked at Brookholme Croft by our own catering staff who will cater for any dietary requirements.
